Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Drive to and from client visits in your own car (transport allowance provided)

• Delivering clinical nursing care to client following the practice standards and guidelines.

• Provide written and verbal reports on well-being of clients.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration

• Current Provide First Aid Certificate HLTAID003

• Current Provide CPR Certificate HLTAID001

• Current Manual Handling Certificate

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and Car

• Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance

• Current National Police Check

• Current Working with Children's Check (Employee Type)

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
